What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks with a valid drivers license that matches the name on the check.

​If you don't carry what I need, can you order it?

As long as it's from a brand that we carry, we are able to order most items! It's important for you to know what size or style you might need from that brand.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! There is no minimum or maximum to what you can put on your gift card. We also now offer eGift cards on our website that can be redeemed online or in store!

Do I need an appointment for pointe shoes if I know what I need?

Yes!! Even if you are looking for the same thing we recommend calling ahead to make sure we have the shoe in stock and to make sure a trained pointe shoe fitter is here to help you. Calling to book an appointment will ensure that a fitter will be here to dedicate their time to you. Walking in means we can not guarantee a fitting for you or there may already be a previously scheduled appointment and the fitters time will be spent with that person. Additionally, sometimes our vendors change their sizing or they discontinue a shoe which can effect the shoe you might take home.
